It suits a family that wants a lake view and a quiet, low-density home without moving out of the city, and an investor after a home in PJ at an entry price.
The towers stand beside a lake with a walking and jogging path around it, and a forest on the hill rises behind the water. Homes on one side of each floor look out over the lake and homes on the other side to the forest, giving you water or trees from the living room and a slow jog by the lake in the evening.
Just 618 homes share 4.39 acres, on a fully residential title with no mall or office floors to bring crowds through the lobby. The towers sit between the lake, the forested hill and the low-rise ForestHill villas, and the Level 6 deck adds a Zen Garden, a forest walk and an infinity pool facing the forest, giving you a peaceful afternoon without leaving home.
