Freehold property has no expiry date. You own the land title outright and there is no lease to extend when you sell it or pass it on.
What is the difference between freehold and leasehold?
A freehold title has no expiry date and you can pass the home to the next generation. A leasehold title runs for a set term, usually 99 years, and often comes at a lower entry price. Tenure is one thing to weigh. The location, the developer and the layout matter as much.

The Conlay is completed and ready to move in. The others are due between 2029 and 2031. For those you pay in stages as they are built, not the full price at once.
