Who we are

Malaysia Prime Property is an independent property marketing website. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Malaysia Prime Property.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us: through the enquiry form on this website (your name, WhatsApp number, email, the layout you are interested in, whether you are buying to live in or invest, and any message), or when you message us on WhatsApp. We also record which page and advertising campaign brought you to the form, so we know which of our pages are useful.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, share information about the properties you ask about, and arrange viewings or bookings you request. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the developer, its sales team or your appointed professionals when you ask us to register interest, book a unit or arrange a viewing, or where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Form enquiries are saved to a private Google Sheet in our own Google account, and a notification with your details is sent to our team by email and messaging app (such as Telegram) so we can reply quickly. Google and these messaging services act as our service providers.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any purchase that follows, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Website data and advertising

Our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. If we use advertising or analytics tools such as Meta, Google or YouTube, they may use cookies to measure visits and show relevant ads; you can control this in your browser and in each platform’s ad settings.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use. To do so, email support@malaysiaprimeproperty.com or message us on WhatsApp.
