Pavilion Damansara Heights is a 16-acre freehold masterplan. Phase 1, on 9.27 acres, is already built. The nine corporate towers are handed over, the Pavilion mall has been open since October 2023 and the three residential towers, Windsor Suites, Regent Suites and Crown Residences, are handing over keys. That is proven delivery and finishing.
Phase 2, on 6.08 acres, adds Royal Suites, the residential tower closest to the MRT station, Imperial Residences and a 31-storey Corporate Suites & Hotel tower. The mall runs through both phases, about 1 million sq ft of shops and dining, so it sits right below your home.
Damansara Heights, between Bangsar, Mont Kiara and the city
Damansara Heights, or Bukit Damansara, is one of Kuala Lumpur’s most sought-after bungalow neighbourhoods, and large new homes here are few.
