Of the residential towers at Pavilion Damansara Heights, Royal Suites stands closest to the MRT station, so the train is a short walk from your lift. KL Sentral and the airport train are two stops away and Bukit Bintang five to put the office, the city centre and KLIA within reach without the traffic. The 1 million sq ft Pavilion lifestyle mall is downstairs and dinner, groceries and errands need no car.
Start with a 452 sq ft suite, or choose a one-bedroom home with a study, or two or three bedrooms. The two dual-key types, of 1,302 and 1,679 sq ft, put two bedrooms and a separate studio with its own door behind one entrance, so you can live in one part and let the other, or keep a grown child or parent close with their own space. Even the smallest suite comes with the same freehold title, facilities and Pavilion address as the largest home.
The nine corporate towers of Phase 1 hold an estimated 10,000 office workers, and the mall and the new Corporate Suites & Hotel tower add more, so a suite, or the studio of a dual-key home, has tenants a short walk away. Pavilion’s concierge handles parcels, bookings and housekeeping for owners and tenants, which makes the home easier to let and to look after from overseas.
