Every home here has three bedrooms and a balcony on one level, from 1,691 to 2,327 sq ft, for the space of a house without the stairs. The Type B homes add a fourth bathroom and a utility room for a larger household and the ground-level homes open onto a private garden of their own.
The five blocks stand along a hill-and-pond view on the western edge of Zenia, around a ground level of pools and gardens, gated and guarded. With only 20 homes an acre across the development, this low-density condo feels more like a garden estate than a condominium.
Perdana ParkCity built Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur around its own central park, and it has become one of Kuala Lumpur’s most sought-after addresses for local families and expatriates.
