Medical Centre is 140 m away, Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre 300 m, and the park, with its lake and jogging paths, 120 m. All are within walking distance. A tenant or an owner can get around easily without a car.

The facilities deck at Laurel Residence is on Level 5, between the two towers, with more than 20 facilities. A swim, a workout and a quiet hour in the garden are a lift ride away. The ground floor adds a multipurpose hall and function rooms for gatherings and a taska for families with young children.

Inside Bangsar South, 100 m from Nexus for food and groceries. Kerinchi LRT Station is 1.2 km away over the link bridge, one stop from Abdullah Hukum for Mid Valley and tenants can commute by train.
