Each ringgit buys more space than at the market price, with no lease running down when you sell or pass it on. Keys are due in October 2027, in about a year, and rent can start soon after.
A link bridge on Level 1 takes you to Berjaya Times Square and Imbi Monorail Station, 100 m away, and another to LaLaport BBCC. Shopping, dinner and the train are all a walk away, in any weather, and that convenience is what tenants and short-stay guests pay for.

Times Square 2 is on Jalan Pudu at Jalan Imbi, in Bukit Bintang, next to Berjaya Times Square. Three rail lines are on foot, the KL Monorail at Imbi, the LRT at Hang Tuah and the MRT at Bukit Bintang. Imbi Monorail Station is four stops from KL Sentral, where guests take the airport train, without a car or a taxi.
