Accent Residences is a new-launch serviced residence in Section 13, Petaling Jaya. It is a low-density condo of large three- and four-bedroom homes for families used to a landed house, with completion expected in 2030.

Each home shares only one wall with a neighbour for the privacy of a semi-D and opens onto its own lift lobby, wide enough for a shoe cabinet and a seat. The living and dining rooms sit side by side, 20, 22 or 24 ft wide, the frontage of a landed house, with a lanai and a balcony that bring in light from two sides. Type A and B homes are planned for a multi-generational family. They have a bedroom and bathroom large enough for a wheelchair, with an 850 mm clear doorway, a ramped bathroom entry and room for a king-size bed for parents to live with you in comfort. The utility room can become a helper’s room and the garden homes add a private garden of up to 986 sq ft for time outdoors at home.
